Introduction
The US-China Corporate
Council brings together
CEOs of Chinese and
American corporations
for special forums and
briefings on technology,
investment, joint
venture, trade and key
issues in management
today.

Purpose
The US-China
Corporate
Council was
created by the
MBRT so that
members could
share knowledge
and exchange
ideas in a
dynamic but
exclusive
environment that
would provide
useful
networking
benefits among
council members.
The US-China
Corporate
Council aims to
help Chinese or
China-based CEOs
of multinational
enterprises
anticipate,
understand,
manage and
capitalize on
the critical
issues that can
impact their
businesses in
China and the

Meetings, Special
Briefings, Seminars and
Trade Missions
The US-China Corporate
Council holds various
business seminars and
trade missions that are
exclusive to the Council
members. In addition,
Council members also
receive the benefit of
attending MBRT
networking sessions,
exhibitions, seminars,
events and galas.
The US-China Corporate
Council generally
conducts quarterly
forums and special
briefings, which provide
its members with ongoing,
and timely analyses on
US and Chinese political,
economic, business and
management issues and
trends.
The forums bring
together key decision
makers from the public
and private sector at
roundtable discussions,
providing a platform for
a dynamic exchange of
ideas and experiences
within the context of
establishing US-China
trade Links. The closed-door
sessions encourage open,
frank and candid
discussions among
members and speakers.
Our public forums help
to promote US-China
business development and
allow members to receive
feedback from the public
sector to assist US and
Chinese corporations
assess the current
business plans and
develop their long-term
strategic plans and
future business
partnerships.

The US-China
Corporate Council
Membership
The US-China Corporate
Council is comprised of
a select number of CEO
and Government
Representatives.
Membership on the
council is by invitation
only.
CEOs or Government
officials may be
recommended by a
standing member of the
council and may be
elected by a majority
vote or the chair to sit
on the council at any
time when the council is
in session.
Elected members
experience a number of
benefits by
participating on the
council to include being
provided with unique
insights into critical
issues of importance as
well as in-depth
analysis on import and
export issues, business
development and
partnerships. |
