unified voice for minority
CEOs in the United States;

Advance opportunities for minority and
women entrepreneurs in the
public and private sectors;

Work across
racial, ethnic and cultural
barriers to promote greater
economic participation; and

Inform and influence
public policies on
issues of critical
importance to the minority
business community.
REQUIREMENTS
All MBRT members must be the
principal executive (Chair, CEO
and/or President) in their firms.
Membership is by invitation only
and limited to CEOs from 200 top-tier
firms that are minority-owned
and controlled. Businesses must
have annual gross revenues of
$50 million or more. The
recruitment of members for the
organization is consistent with
the following criteria:

involvement of
African American,
Hispanic American,
Asian American,
Native American, and
Women CEOs from top-tier
businesses;

Ensuring the
involvement of CEOs
from top-tier
minority women-owned
businesses; and
-
Ensuring that the
membership is
adequately
representative of
all regions of the
United States, with
a diversity of
trades and
industries.
